2. Eligibility for Refunds

If the project has not yet begun and no creative work has been carried out, a full or partial refund may be granted, minus administrative or transaction fees.
Delayed Service Delivery:
If DIGIFUSE CO LIMITED fails to deliver the project within an agreed timeline and no prior communication has been made, you may request a partial refund.
Non-Delivery Due to Technical or Internal Issues:

Duplicate Payment:
If an accidental duplicate payment is made for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded immediately after verification.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The project has already been started or completed.
You have approved drafts, concepts, or deliverables during the creative process.
The delay in delivery was caused by a lack of client response, missing files, or delayed feedback.

Services purchased under promotional discounts, limited-time offers, or bundled packages.

Since our services are digital and customized, all delivered files are considered final and non-returnable.

4. Revisions and Adjustments

Each service package includes a specific number of free revision rounds, as detailed in your project agreement.
If you require additional changes or edits beyond that scope, we will provide a quote for the extra work.
Refunds cannot be issued once the agreed revisions have been completed and approved.

5. Project Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project before work has started:
